Genetically related to Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc is less tannic and more aromatic with raspberry and five spice flavours, making my wine ideal for food matching.
I have so many fond memories of creating Luxury Merlots and Cabernet Franc styles with my father Jim, that it would be impossible to complete my Art Collection without expressing my own take on these often mis-treated varieties.
