A blend of noble varieties grown by dedicated Barossa Valley growers, the fruit is sourced from vines aged forty years or more.
I bring these varieties together to achieve complexity of aroma and flavour, with mouthfeel developing soft, silky, velvety tannins.
The ultimate companionship is formed when Cabernet Franc brings fragrant aromatics and red fruits to the party, Cabernet Sauvignon brings herbal leafy blackberry palate length and Merlot says I’ll bring the soft, rich and juicy mid palate fun to the table.
At the recent 2020 launch for the Space Program in South Australia, this was one of the chosen wines enjoyed by our Prime Minister, along with 450 political colleagues and esteemed guests at the official dinner at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
It was paired with Murraylands saltbush crusted Lamb rack, pulled shoulder, Limestone Coast potato skordalia, roasted beets, garlic fried beans, pumpkin crisps and Pinot Jus….. Wow!
